This is one of Yuki Suzuki's solo projects. I don't think it was explicitly stated that this one was a solo effort, but other projects uploaded to the same nico account do have credits that make it clear. Several cuts in various stages of production progress are also available online, from Suzuki's accounts.

This is not the work of Yuki Suzuki, but of Yuji Suzuki.
