i got so excited as soon as this sequence started in the episode and it really delivered
BRO THIS MAN IS THE GOAT, HIS ANIMATION IS SO FLUID, AND THE DIRECTION OF THIS EP WAS SO GOODD
amazing fluidity of ota as always but what impresses me the most is how he uses consistently and without fear the correct heights in this Queen vs Sanji, especially the first, with his difficult 6 meters high... High Class animator!
I always feel like Ota observed animators like Ryuuki Hashimoto from Engi to get this kind of movement. Otherwise great work per usual
continues to prove himself as one of japan very top animators
This is incredible
I wonder which animators influenced Akihiro Oota's work, because this feels like combining the work of Shinya Oohira and Ryou Oonishi
On 2's, feels like 1's and it makes me feel like I got divided by 0.
At first, seeing his animations I was like "maybe this took a year to finish"…now I think he probably didn't even need 6 or 5 months to finish it because this is just "perfect", what a machine
