Since Matsuzaka & Nagaki are veteran animators (that likely wouldn't get fully redrawn), I would assume this sequence was originally animated by Li Ting

EDIT: According to Qiao Huang, a communication issue occured in which the friend of Huang (Ting) got credited on the episode instead of Huang themselves.
