frame rate looks incorrect in the last cut especially

is correct (I just changed 24 to 23,967), the cuts are slow anyway.

Tachibana was character designer and credited as "Opening Animation" in Anidb. Cut 2 has a very high polish, which made me think he was the one who corrected/animated it, last cut looks like his available posts here.

the fps is not correct, maybe it was the release you downloaded, but theres a stutter if you frame by frame which matches a bad pulldown from 30 to 24 fps

i downloaded the opening and its reporting it to be 29.97 fps and it isnt interlaced so unless theres no duplicate frames it should just be left at 30 fps instead at the 23.97 you uploaded

in regards to the credits from the opening, its actually really stacked but im not familiar with tachibana + he has seperate credit so i wont remove the tag but I thought id leave them here for posterity
