If I understand the tweet correctly, Sugiyama did the first 4 cuts before the title drop, 猫山道節 is probably called Dosetsu Nekoyama, he should have done the last cut since the credits are in order.

we will leave it untagged but 猫山道節 should be Michinori Chiba. I was quite sure just by the drawing alone but upon discovering a credit in 2008 under Hercules, I am almost certain.
