Artist unknown tag for safety, exist only one name in the bank page of KAs (Kenji Miuma), this is not very much like his style, moreover, there was a possible NC in this episode (post marked Itaoka presumed), so there may be another one in this same situation, if it happens to receive a confirmation, I will update the comment

Edit: now confirmed that it is by Miuma, tysm chii

Not have any source to confirm but I can say this is his style: no thick lines, balance anatomy and slow but smooth movement. There are not only one animator can do smooth animation in this world and Kenji Miuma can do that kind of animation, too. Nishiki Itaoka's works always include some thick lines, and this anatomy is not belongs to him for sure, his name even not be credited anywhere in the credits. He is a noticable KA so there are no explanation on the hiding his credits in any work. Prism's credits was clear so they not have any reason to hide any name. Also, like Prism's scene, this scene is not reuse too much things from Sky's scene so they must credit the person who created the new frames. Kenji Miuma didn't worked on any transformation scene before so this may be what it looks like when he did one. You know, transformation scenes always have something different than normal scenes. Along with the credits in the ending, all of what I commented are the reasons why I believe this scene is one of his masterpiece work.

I didn't say that this transformation is made by Itaoka lmao, I only cited his case regarding the post https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/224433 , and that besides him, some other animator may not have been credited, I'm not entirely sure that this henshin is from Miuma, as I said before, it doesn't remind me much of his style, moreover, cases of NC bank have happened before in the franchise
it's miuma, confirmed by saito:
https://twitter.com/kamatamanankotu/status/1642368835662798848?t=LJptF8uj-A8rN5x5tNlPqw&s=19
ウィングBANK
・コンテ 監督
・演出 大垣愛結さん
・原画 美馬健二さん
・メイン制作 樋田順一さん
and besides, i don't recall anyone going uncredited for a henshin at all in the series. if there was such a case then it's not something that's common either

thanks for the confirmation, this NC situation for bank has already happened once in KiraKiraPre (for an attack) and if I'm not mistaken for delipre (for an attack too)
the dot face distance models & the wing shaped fx at 0:42 when the earrings pop in are so good. thanks miuma for my life
