Yasuhiko Akiyama and Yasushi Nishiya were AD in that ep, the B part looks definitely Nishiya supervision considering this scene, smoke and sparks reminiscent of his works:

Some other cuts in the B part have detailed drawings as well, pretty safe to put Nishiya in the source for this post, especially considering that Akiyama came directly to mind for the A part.
