Could the camera move at 0:18 be the first 3D CG in a Mob episode with the projection mapping?
It even has the typical texture overlap with repeated details (look at any of the pebbles or grass on the left), and the fact that it's visible from the start of the shot implies the background was painted with a different, probably lower angle in mind

Nah. Its some after-effects parallax effect. To me it seems like a duplicate layer of the background is used, one that was stretched out in order to give the feeling of depth when it zooms in.
