Last cut looks Matsumura, I can't tell if he animated the whole scene tho, effects in the impact frames kinda looks like him as well? but the fight looks too limited compared to what he usually does, even though the poses remind me of his works in The Third: The Girl with the Blue Eye, it's a fantasy-ish scene in a romance show, quite a special case, I'll give the benefit of the doubt that he could have done it on purpose.

if not him, the other pertinent guess would be Meiju Maeda imho

yeah i'd guess Matsumura as well. the last cut in particular, has those very familiar bulbous shapes that usually define his effects work
