This is the most impressive piece of animation I have seen, ever. 3D animation pipeline is complex and has a ton of different steps to ensure everything maintains consistency. Without giving much detail about it, the nightmare between the 3D and 2D shifts keeps me up at night lol, I am terrified at how the layout teams handled all this.
Dunkstar really popped off this time...

Dunkstar on this PV:

"I was mainly responsible for the Layout and KA of the action sequences in the PV, and this was also my first time doing work as enshutsu. Because there was a lot of switching between 3D and 2D, basically all the action shots had camera movement. It was pretty tiring, but I also learned a lot, so I'm grateful to the company for this opportunity. I was able to realize my shortcomings during the process, and I'll try my best to improve next time. Thanks to the CAD for their corrections, and the compositing was also very strong!" (I'm translating it to "enshutsu" but technically he said the exact Chinese equivalent of that)

"The other part I was Layout and KA for, I drew a lot of layouts, but since the time was limited only cleaned a few cuts, there were also some other ones I was responsible for correcting as enshutsu" (aside from his layouts i'm assuming.)

Lan:

"The main difficulty of the animation was in perfectly connecting the hand-drawn character and background to the 3D segments, like the later part of this shot" (referring to last cut of post #209029)

(Probably gonna rewrite the translations later once i'm more free)
