this is an adaptation, it doesn't have to be a "Ctrl C Ctrl V" from the manga, apart from that, according to the manga editor, Fujimoto himself actively participated in several aspects of the anime's production, this included the script, which means that most of the changes you see in the anime probably have the approval of the creator of the work

(The song isn't just in the *anime* script but also in the revised storyboard right here, that's what the original comment was joking about.)
