so i rewatched the first episode, and i might have to change my guess.

there were A LOT of smaller cuts and really strong stills that resembled Sakazaki's B part from episode 5, so i'm thinking that's the reason why he was so high up on the KA list.

it is worth noting, that Chizuru Kobayashi and Seiji Kishimoto did have separate credits for this episode, so this might be one of them, specifically leaning towards Kobayashi.
