You can use a pencil or a water brush for this, on Clip studio ex or pro, with pencil just try to tone down the opacity, with the water brush just increase the intensity of the size jitter, and it should look about the same or similar, for this specific cut and genga it looks like nakamura might have used the water brush could be the default by the looks of it or maybe just some slight customizations on the settings for the brush and then lowered the opacity, also turn of opacity jitter if you have it on because as you can see as each stroke in the genga and corrections when it overlays the opacity remains consistent unless it is a separate stroke overlaying on top of this, Hope this helps!
Also just to mention as I could not finish what I was saying do to the comment limit here, but make sure you decrease the size of the brush on the water color brush to maintain the line quality, and to make sure you focus on dexterity and put your attention to the pen pressure when it comes to each stroke with the lineart for the final drawings. As shown in here with what Hayate did in this scene for his drawings in this cut.
