It feels reasonable to tag Shichiro Kobayashi on this upload because under his direction, the tree animation was transformed drastically and entirely, and while it's not traditionally animated ("sakuga"), it does move as if it was animated - similar to post #23240.

I think it counts as sakuga, it's an extraordinary frame sequencing... It's idiosyncratic in a way that you hardly have out there. This was the best discovery of this year for me... a pity it was on this occasion ;-;
