佐藤正浩 is a very old animator, they worked on '80s and '90s shows and has no notable work afaik

佐藤雅弘 is the M.S.C.-born animator, started in the mid '90s and became one of the most prolific action animators ever.

If you're basing this off their ANN page then it's completely wrong. It's not a credible source since anyone can edit it and most of their information is from decades ago when standards weren't very high when it comes to crediting so the two Sato pages are conflated with each other.
