not related to this post but I'd be glad if you could answer my question, what is the preferred drawing software in anime industry? I've hear it's Clip Studio Paint, if so then will these changes in their purchasing affect the anime industry? do the anime studios pay for that or the animators pay it themselves?

I would suggest you to post these kind of technical questions (not related to a particular post) on the forum instead of the comments, its more suitted there for these kind of general questions.

the Layout (genga?) or the child post of this is done in flash/ animate cc, the lines are clearly done with the flash brush/ pencil tool. at least for this one
