Just to TL: The cut at 0:15 is by Kentaro Mikazuki, while the one at 0:20 is by Hashimoto. Source is the DVD packaging.

Jun Arai said “Waki_kun(脇くん)”, it seems to refer to Kentaro Waki(脇顯太朗、脇顕太朗).
Waki did key animation(1cut) in this work.
I think Kentaro Mikazuki(三日月顕太朗) is Kentaro Waki's pseudonym.
He is director of photography of “GUNDAM THUNDERBOLT”.
