Atwiki isn't very specific about who did what with this section but if I had to guess Amemiya handled the last 2 cuts with Mutaguchi handling the bulk of the rest. Amemiya did the giga drill break that comes after this so i doubt most of the cuts here are his, just a bit at the end.
