Smoke effects are pretty similar to his work on 130 and he is also credited on 125. Another piece of evidence is that Nikaido and Manabe are the only action KA's in this episode.

I agree, especially since Manabe's scene on this episode is already confirmed

EDIT: This was mostly a Yashima solo episode, with only Shuuichiro Manabe, Atsushi Nikaido, and Miyuki Yokoyama with him on the KA list. I'm just going to tag Nikaido as presumed, since Yokoyama doesn't have anything to her name really and Yashima's effects aren't this level of detailed.
