Finished the episode and I'd say this is Nishio's KA.

wouldn't be surprised if this ended up being Taguchi or someone else instead, Nishio tends to use a higher drawing count with less inconsistency

the drawings are basically flawless though, so I can see why it might be considered Nishio's key animation
