Genga notations for the first cut seem to match those of Nobuyuki Harada, but it could be that it's Nigen only (nigen by other animators was incredibly rare on DB at this time), since the layouts for the the following cut have notations which resemble that of Akira Inagami's. This game doesn't have a KA List so it's very hard to say anything outside of the blatantly obvious stuff like Miyahara and Shida (who happens to be the AD here) and whatever genga and layouts shows up with notations that are recognizable, and can be backed up with facts and/or logic.
