I have no idea which studio animated this. DiC hired so many different Japanese studios in the 80's.. They started off with TMS, then went with smaller studios like Studio Junio and Studio Korumi, as well as their own Japanese branch, K.K.DiC.

And given how miniscule finding information about 80s cartoons and their overseas animation teams, I doubt we'll never know. Most animators who would have worked on these shows never bring it up outside of a small few willing to claim credit (G1 Transformers being a good example, where only a small selection of animators ever bothered to admit to working on it, but the full staff will likely never be revealed). And then you have shows like this, where the credits are just one generic listing over the season and not episode specific.
The end credits list A.I.C., Ashi Production, Studio Boomerang, Dragon Pro, Studio The Inn, Interior Designers, and Trans Arts for animation; TMS is only listed under camera direction along with Ashi Pro, Studio Wood, T. Nishimura, and Trans Arts, but it's possible they did some uncredited animation here and there as well.

For the curious, that's season 1's credits list. Season 2 was Toei and Hanho Heung-Up, both of whom were also uncredited.
animation production(season1) - K.K.DIC(片山哲生)、TMS(三家本泰美)、Korumi(岡嶋国敏)、Visual80(蔭山康生)
animation production(season2) - Toei Doga

I think season 1 is as above, judging by the unit credits.
For season 2, see here.↓
