first cut looks like it belongs to Kobayashi's part, but apparently he said its not him. Whether he disowned it for being rough or its genuinely not his work we'll never know.
To clarify, AD note is (mostly) only for 0:06 - 0:09 and 0:19 - 0:22
A bit outlandish, but with Fujisawa deconfirmed i wonder if 0:16 - end could be Kouda with HiroYama corrections, Temari's art doesn't contradict this idea either... One big thing is the effects from 0:19 - 0:21 would then obv quite odd, but also there are some traits of it in the closeup of Nart grabbing sand in https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/221382 , admittedly a bit of a stretch, definitely prepared for it to be someone else
I dont see Kouda in those cuts personally

Also he was a regular sakkan at this busy time (#319 prev, #329 subsequently) so it would be surprising for him to handle more than one scene on an episode that wasnt his
I'm definitely grasping here, just surprised that such distinctive-looking effects and smears still can't be traced back to anyone on the Genga list (obv barring fujisawa)

It's times like this where I wish there were speed_line tags on this website lol. Also, weirdly enough, do you think that the way the effects turned out could've possibly been HiroYama's supervision? I've thought about it, and although it doesn't fully fit into his catalog of corrections and key animation works there are some vague similarities in how he composes smoke dispersals occasionally, with the rounder shape and whatnot
I mean, it still could be Kouda, I just dont see it because Yamashita corrected so much of it. 0:20 - 0:21 looks similar to how Yamashita was drawing effects around this time, but I agree the smoke in the cuts before and after is unusual.
