Hisashi Eguchi thinks this scene was Hamasaki -> Ito. However, Masaaki Endo remembers seeing a rough LO of a cut around 0:40 drawn by Hamasaki, so he wonders if their parts were entwined instead of a clean switch from one animator to the other.

EDIT: In a follow-up tweet, Endo is basically certain that Hamasaki handled the running part. So in this upload Ito should be in charge of only the debris-focused cuts in the middle.
