why is yoshinari tag here?

That deviantart account belongs to a person affiliated with Trigger. I can't say for certain if this was confirmed to be by Otonari, but a lot of the other work in that gallery looks like him, too.

Plus the designs are pretty in line with how he draws creatures i.e. heavy Mike Mignola influence

yes it's a bit similar but why doesn't he just name his account with his name? Besides, such animations look a bit amateurish to me

For the record (and leaving aside how there's nothing amateurish about those), he has several accounts across different sites under different names. This is something he's been doing for decades at this point.
