it's def not Inoue, so it's between Satoko Morikawa, Katsuhiro Takagi or Miyako Misumi 三住宮古

I think that this is Miyako Mitsumi, as their name is spelled on the booru. The smears in the first cut and the characters falling in the second cut both remind me of https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/142632

should be a safe guess because Im ~80% sure Morikawa draws on paper, and the genga is different to the scene that should be Takagi (post #180568)
