I thought it could be Untoro but looking more closely the effects don't add up.

I'm going to bet on Kofi instead of Untoro.

Sung is an FX animator like Untoro. Should probably add his tag up there.

I don't really believe that there is an FX animator, the FX are not so aesthetic as to be done by any of them.

And because of the hard ways they have, they remind me of Kofi.
