Tagging this as Nishida presumed because the smoke shapes looks a lot like in this post https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/166920 where he did SB and AD. The only other possible person it could be is Masaki Yoshimura since they were also credited on this and the episode in the other post as KA, but I don't know anything about their work but still leaving their name in the comment just in case.
