This is the layout, and credit goes to Okiura. Glad to know Inoue did the genga, which makes me wonder if Okiura only did the still and No other possible roughs.

EDIT: Wait, something sticks out. I guess it's the genga as well. Sorry grar!!

Yes, that's exactly why I hadn't tagged Okiura.
On the right side it says "Layout: Hiroyuki Okiura | Original Drawing: Toshiyuki Inoue" and when I compared the drawing with the final sequence, I saw that it's just like the Genga and not the Layout (unless here the Genga is the same drawing than the Layout, which I don't think)

Genga is just on top of the Layout
