presumed tanaka by process of elimination, basically. misturu aoyama has worked with him a lot recently; his episodes with tanaka's name on tend to move more than usual. there's one other notable name in the credits (hanao iida) but its harder to tell if its her when she has nothing like that to help, and no uploads in the first place

edit: trustworthy japanese speakers seem confident theres something in the credits that indicates it's indeed him for all of the new bank. not sure whether to remove the presumed
