the two cuts from 0:09 - 0:16 are uncharacteristic of Takashi Hashimoto. Since it wouldn't make sense to correct him, I think Hidetsugu Ito just filled in the gap/corrected a different animator. The cut at 0:22 is probably also not Hashimoto
