props to @LoogiBaloogi for catching the mistake but for prosperity:
I originally cut this from NARUTO FINAL BEST DVD which is the best source for NCOPs because it came out in 2017 long after most of these OPs had their DVD NC versions and carried a better result because of it.
however, it only has OP4 (where this scene is re-used) but not OP3 (where this scene originated)
What I didn't realize until later is that the first handful of frames of Norio Matsumoto's Asuma vs. Hidan part are removed from OP4. So, my solution is that this upload is instead a chimera of OP3 and OP4 between two different sources with zero frames lost and maximum video quality maintained between the two... so yeah, it's good now
