I think this post, https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/174934 ,and https://www.sakugabooru.com/post/show/174935 might be the work of Kazuchika Kise based on the KA list for the second episode of Blue Seed 2. The way Kusanagi is drawn here is a bit of a departure from Akiharu Ishii's designs and closer to those of the original show (Kise was one of two credited character designers for the show.). In addition, the way shading is used to exaggerate and emphasize musculature and wrinkles in characters' faces in the other two scenes reminds me of his work on things such as Otogizoshi and the GITS Arise film (Maybe also worth noting he was the character designer or adaptive designer for both? He was not the AD in either occasion though).
