we did get a confirmation in Anime Styles for it: (ピュアイリュージョンにおけるココナの父親のカット（アニメスタイル011より）

however its a little vague, unfortunately, and "Cocona's father's cut in Pure Illusion" can actually refer to multiple scenes, it could be this flashback scene that does come up while they're inside Pure Illusion, or it could be a number of cuts of Salt inside Pure Illusion.

so yeah, could be partially Miyazawa, could be referring to something else, really hard to say.
