Look at the end credits, normally if I don't see Mappa in 2KA (and an army), it was Madhouse, or just look at the episodes with more sakugas, they're madhouses, it's simple and silly but it works, because they have a PA with good contacts and are more demanding episodes.

actual answer: you check where the production assistant (制作進行) works.

however it's also obvious based on the staff on each episode.

i checked the production assistant but he is the same in every episode "Naoki Honda"

You're looking at the wrong credit. Naoki Honda (Madhouse employee, worked under Fukushi recently on Sonny Boy) has been credited as a production desk, what you should be looking for is 制作進行. For the latest episode, that would be 須藤愛 (Sudo Ai?) who also handled the production of the first episode.
