Swore I commented on this before, but perhaps I deleted it for whatever reason, anyways.

2nd cut here is likely a retake, dif timing than the rest and Lzyboost mentioned himself that there were some mixed in with his scene. It's more than likely it was Sunghoo Park himself doing the retakes since he has a record for doing redraws on S1 uncredited (technically credited since hes the series director), and the simple fact that it looks a lot like his work timing included. The gengashuu itself has him listed as Animation Director on some second cour episodes where his name isnt in the credits funnily enough. Standard practice among series directors, but worth mentioning to explain why his name is tagged on an episode his name isn't attached to. See post #143031 for a similar example.
