also I think Tsuru corrected the timing on the first cut himself, he orders cuts to be on 1's frequently whereas Suzuki never does that, though from the hands we can say Suzuki probably corrected the drawings.

Ishihama remembers doing rough/first genga/layout for the "beating up next to the tree." He likely did more cuts in this vicinity

Since Ishihama's work was layout only, Suzuki is tagged as the person responsible for correcting it, he likely filled in the gaps around it and just has an overall presence as a supervisor, similar to Tsuru.
