Takahiro Kishida had a genga credit for the episode, this is the best scene uncredited and has his traits (though he's the CD, so that's a given, not really a guarantee). Probably not tagged because of KAs like Toshiyuki Tsuru and Hirofumi Suzuki being at the top though...?
