Itano was director and animation director for this part which was credited separately.

I believe it's Goto until 0:32, pilot cuts maybe excluded.
Itano corrects the smoke in the following cut
back to Goto for the guy getting vacuumed
Itano primarily for the rest

My only gripe with Magic User’s Club is the CGI. It’s painfully obvious that it *is* CGI, and clashes too much with the rest of the animation. The resolution of it is rather low too.
