He has him listed only for his AD-work in that image, so it's likely not him, just his corrections. He isn't credited for key animation on this movie regardless. I suspect this being the work of one of the non-series regulars, which this movie has a lot of, including Masashi Ishihama and Hiroyuki Kitazume.
