Some of the smears around 0:14 look a bit like Osamu Murata to me. Some of the smoke in the cut afterwards also looks somewhat similar to him as well, though I'm a tad less sure.

I heard these credits were in order for this ep and he's listed in the later half of the KA list. Maybe it's possible that some of this is him given that this clip is near the end of the ep?
