This arrangement is what I managed to catch from Mr. Kouda's explanation, there are some that are a little unclear about the details, but more or less like this (if there is more detailed information I will add it).

Edit : Here Kana Ito's participation as 2nd KA, but Mr. Kouda said she help a lot from his L/O, so she will stay tagged.
