Not sure about this, but, rewatching this scene, I feel like Tomioka probably animated 0:08 - 0:16. The ending, 0:17 - End Looks and feels like Kagami to me, although, rushed or Layouts only.

The last two cuts can only be Tomioka

So probably more accurate to say Kagami until 0:25
