Bad luck. Shingo Natsume is on the new Tatami Galaxy sequel so no chance for him to get back to OPM.

from what i know , s3 has not been announced yet so u never know when production starts

I would personally prefer that J.C.Staff continues OPM. I enjoyed Aoki's cuts more than S1 besides a couple scenes Imai Nakamura and others. Just looking at the S2 OVAs you can see even more improvement from S2.
