This was originally part of a preproduced PV without credits of its own. Some of the cuts (such as these) made it into the episodes, but there are many that were clearly just meant to be PV material. A cut by Yuuji Shigekuni was slightly changed for the OP ( post #208772 ) and it was credited. It's also certainly possible that my Shigekuni presume there is wrong.
The point is - I don't know if the artist of these cuts would have been included in this episode's credits.

The first cut here is actually mostly a modified version of a cut from the National Tournament Arc #10. Explains why it has Iizuka energy.
