I don't remember perfectly but I think that in Sakuga Ase Mamire (?) Otsuka mentions this sequence was made collectively with each animator designing different characters and animating them. Pretty sure Sugii did a large part of it, there's surely a bit of Otsuka and probably some others

Tsukioka animated the creatures at the end.
