Feeling pretty confident that this is Hidetsugu Ito's scene in the film. The effect shapes look like him and I think the timing and shading is similar to his style, but please feel free to remove my presumption if you think I'm off base.

this movie is probably the hardest thing ever to guess on so don't take it the wrong way lol. A lot of animators' work got completely retaken (for plot and other reasons) and some of the genga artists are confirmed to have done something closer to 2nd KA on it. So the credit situation is really misleading and a nightmare to guess with.
