I wonder if this could be Keiichi Ishida. I don't think anyone at M.S.C used action lines quite like this and the timing is unfamiliar.

is the credit 石田慶一 or 石田啓一?

there are two different people with the same name and both were quite prolific

It's 石田慶一. I'm glad you've pointed out this difference to me because I totally thought it was the same guy showing up on Passione shows.
