I heard somewhere that Mikasa is a 3d model in some parts of that scene, if thats the case it looks incredibly seemless! Also props to the compositing team for not blurring the effects too much
I'd say every time we see Mikasa after 0:05 she's CG, certainly the two cuts from 0:05-0:07

In the first cut, Mikasa is CG when she dodges the Warhammer's sword swing, and once she goes out of the frame to the top, she transitions to 2D as the camera pans to her for the thunderspear strike. So, in this 20 second scene, she's only 2D for part of the first cut. It is indeed very seamless and the camerawork helps a lot.
This cut is really underrated, its so well executed
