Anyway, the running (0:18-0:22) looks a lot like the instructional illustrations in Kogawa's Animation and Perspective books he did so I think that particular part is him (or heavily corrected by him). Don't have anything concrete for the rest so I'll keep it "unknown" and "presumed".
